Hundreds of Arizona businesses, charities and other organizations have stepped up to help Haiti in the wake of the devastating earthquake that struck Jan. 12. The following represent just a sample of the local businesses and groups that are helping out:

• Living Canvas Tattoos in Tempe is offering a $200 credit toward any tattoo with a donation to the Hope for Haiti Now relief fund. People can donate at www.hopeforhaitinow.com, and all tattoo appointments need to be set by Feb. 15. Individuals need to show proof of their donation by bringing in their receipt with ID. Limit one tattoo credit for one person per donation. Living Canvas will allow the donation to be extended to a family member.
